Solution Finders

What drives us is the desire to help others hone their skills and abilities as leaders and managers in their public and private life - in the workplace, in the home, and personally.

We believe that the focus should be on the core of who we are - personal development - before we can effectively develop our professional skills and abilities most effectively. A key development point to this is the concept of followership; we have all been followers at some time and even as a leader we are still following someone. The challenge is we get lots of leadership training, but very little followership education.

In my experience, a solid and well-developed understanding of followership enables and facilitates outstanding leadership. We need to focus on helping people to understand who they are, before we can expect them to lead and inspire others.
